Vienna is bigger than the Gaza Strip

Any statement on this problem without a strategy for deradicalization is just lip service. There can be no deradicalization locked up on 365 km².

It was only on November 5, 2023 that I wrote "Marshall Plan for Palestinians". Since then, unfortunately, nothing at all has happened towards a solution. Instead, there is a lot of polarization on social media for one side or the other.

The main problem, however, is how are 2,048,000 people supposed to live on 365,000,000 square meters? For comparison, Vienna has 1,897,000 inhabitants on 414,600,000 square meters. In the Gaza Strip 174 m² per inhabitant, in Vienna 218 m² per inhabitant. But you can leave Vienna at any time, you can leave Austria at any time. As an Austrian you can enter most countries without a visa, for the rest of the world a visa is usually not a problem. The Gaza Strip, on the other hand, is 365 km² of prison. Much bigger than Alcatraz, but still a prison.

Anyone who speaks out about the problem without a strategy for deradicalization is just paying lip service. There can be no deradicalization locked up in 365 km².

Assigning blame is not the solution

He's to blame because. No, he's to blame because. The blame game can be taken to the extreme. Germany should be ordered to pay reparations of €100,000 billion because it brought Lenin to Russia and thus caused enormous damage. The fossil fuel industry should be ordered to pay reparations of €500 per ton of CO2. A rough estimate of 100 ppm CO2 times 7.82 billion tons per ppm times €500 equals €391,000 billion. These examples are intended to show very clearly that apportioning blame in this way is useless.

People living today cannot be held responsible for conditions that arose long before they were born.

  Land for better land

Once upon a time, land was simply land and you had to fight wars to defend or conquer it. Now there is a country that is claimed by two extremely hostile groups. Peaceful coexistence in the same country is out of the question.

The only solution is to buy another almost uninhabited country and upgrade it with the possibilities of today's technology. Super, this is exactly what applies to the Sinai. In "Marshall Plan for Palestinians" I described the equipment of such a country.

  Very strict rules

For a transitional period, which could last several decades, very strict rules under an international administration would be required for "New Palestine" in Sinai. A strict review of any move from the Gaza Strip to "New Palestine". Any approach to extremism may end with deportation back to the Gaza Strip. A strictly monitored border between Gaza and "New Palestine", but also with Egypt and Israel.

The inhabitants of "New Palestine" must earn the trust of neighboring countries and the world. At some point, the inhabitants of "New Palestine" will be considered as peaceful as the expelled Sudeten Germans. At some point, the Gaza Strip and "New Palestine" can be united and the government handed over to the inhabitants.

  Is there another solution?

Everyone should think about possible solutions to this problem. Is there a better, more realistic option somewhere? The option must be acceptable to both sides. Wars can also be staged with unacceptable peace conditions.

Optimism in a time of collapse

What prospects for the future can children of today be given? The majority of society only mentions extremely negative images of the future. Even when it comes to housing, a central need for everyone. The search query "housing in Germany" only brings up disaster reports in the search results. The problems can no longer be solved using conventional methods. Completely new approaches are needed.

If you support these completely new ways of thinking by buying shares, then in a few years' time you will not only be able to say "I contributed to this", but you will probably also be able to look back on a considerable increase in the value of these shares.

Become a shareholder of GEMINI next Generation AG

A club member donates their membership fee to the club and is happy if the club is successful. If not, I have supported a good cause.

A shareholder acquires shares in a public limited company. If the AG is successful, his shares are worth much more. In the case of GEMINI next Generation AG, his reward for supporting a good cause.

As a shareholder, employee or home buyer, you also become part of the counter-movement against many negative, anti-survival developments in our society.

One new shareholder said "I with my very modest investment", but €4,000 times €1,000 is also €4 million for all investments up to the opening of the settlement in Unken as a starting point for global expansion.

Only the Annual General Meeting can decide on major capital increases, but here is what the Management Board and Supervisory Board can decide. The new share capital serves to perfect the documents for the larger planned capital increases.

There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program.

Here are the details.
