Let's make the world a better place together

Investor discussions typically start with the question of how you got there in the first place. Somehow it's clear that a young, dynamic start-up founder aged 65 is sitting opposite you.

  New PDF brochure

Just this week I received 1,000 copies of the new brochure from the printers. Here in the newsletter is the first page of eight. Conversations with investors typically start with the question of how to get involved in the first place. This question is kind of obvious, there's a young, dynamic start-up founder sitting opposite you at 65.

That's why the next few pages of the brochure are my resume of what has happened so far in the GEMINI next generation project and ends with the plans for the coming years.

Here to the PDF about changing the world together.
Here to the new website for investors.

Let's make the world a better place!

The others have been preaching economizing, restricting and renouncing for decades. The others plan 15-minute cities. The others want us to own nothing, but imagine that we are happy anyway. One group of the Others has even carved it in stone in eight languages that there should only be 500 million people. We are the technical, scientific part of the countermovement, we want to become the economic, industrial part of the countermovement.

Diagnosis correct, our CO2 emissions are changing the world

How else could the CO2 content of the atmosphere have risen from 280 ppm around 1800 to over 420 ppm in the present day without the use of fossil fuels by humans? This diagnosis is correct, there is nothing to dispute about it.

What would be the ideal CO2 content of the atmosphere? 180 ppm CO2 means an ice age. 280 ppm means a cooler climate, as at the beginning of the industrial revolution. 420 ppm means thawing permafrost and other phenomena that can cause a significant increase in greenhouse gases.

There is a broad scientific consensus that 350 ppm CO2 would be ideal. But how do we get from above 420 ppm back to 350 ppm?

The wrong therapy is dangerous and destructive

In the Middle Ages, there were religious groups who thought that flogging themselves was the only correct therapy against the spread of the plague: the flagellants.

The preachers of economizing, restricting and renouncing are just as absurd. It is dangerous for the freedom of all of us when these preachers become totalitarian legislators.

There is no approach to getting back to 350 ppm, on the contrary, a worldwide implementation of “degrowth” would even deprive us of the possibility of getting back to 350 ppm through technical measures. Only a prosperous, economically strong mankind is capable of a planetary renovation.

  Our mission statement

Planet renovation back to 350 ppm CO2,
we contribute house by house.

How does a small start-up want to achieve this? There is enough existing technology that we can buy cheaply and assemble into a cost-optimized product. Only a few components need to be newly developed.

No, Henry Ford didn't invent the car, but he did make it suitable for the mass market. No, Ingvar Kamprad didn't invent furniture, but he made it much more affordable with IKEA. No, Elon Musk and Wang Chuanfu didn't invent the electric car, but they made it suitable for the mass market with Tesla and BYD.

We are developing the Climate Protection Superiority House building standard and not only want to implement it in practice for the first time with the GEMINI next generation house, but also offer it at prices suitable for the mass market right from the start.

“Home ownership is cheaper than renting, because rent plus operating costs plus fuel for the car plus electricity are more expensive than the loan installment minus the proceeds from the sale of electricity” is to become our battle cry on the market.

To ensure that this slogan does not only apply in areas with cheap land, the “Land for Energy” concept was developed back in 2007 as part of PEGE - Planetary Engineering Group Earth and has been constantly adapted to the new market situation for electricity, photovoltaics and batteries.

Of course, that's a lot of new ideas all at once; they didn't come about overnight, but have developed continuously since 1991.

Optimism in a time of collapse

What prospects for the future can children of today be given? The majority of society only mentions extremely negative images of the future. Even when it comes to housing, a central need for everyone. The search query "housing in Germany" only brings up disaster reports in the search results. The problems can no longer be solved using conventional methods. Completely new approaches are needed.

If you support these completely new ways of thinking by buying shares, then in a few years' time you will not only be able to say "I contributed to this", but you will probably also be able to look back on a considerable increase in the value of these shares.

Become a shareholder of GEMINI next Generation AG

A club member donates their membership fee to the club and is happy if the club is successful. If not, I have supported a good cause.

A shareholder acquires shares in a public limited company. If the AG is successful, his shares are worth much more. In the case of GEMINI next Generation AG, his reward for supporting a good cause.

As a shareholder, employee or home buyer, you also become part of the counter-movement against many negative, anti-survival developments in our society.

One new shareholder said "I with my very modest investment", but €4,000 times €1,000 is also €4 million for all investments up to the opening of the settlement in Unken as a starting point for global expansion.

Only the Annual General Meeting can decide on major capital increases, but here is what the Management Board and Supervisory Board can decide. The new share capital serves to perfect the documents for the larger planned capital increases.

There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program.

Here are the details.
