Landshut Environmental Fair 2024

My presentation: The EFH is dead, long live the new EFH for a successful energy transition. Huge problems such as the energy transition and climate change and this is supposed to be the answer?

In 2004, I observed that we were going full throttle against the wall. At the time, I thought I had to wake up the politicians. Back then, I imagined that going full throttle against the wall was nowhere near as bad as the reality of 2024 in Germany.

That's why I started building the websites Auto.PEGE.org about mobility and Wohnen.PEGE.org about energy and living. Since my project "GEMINI habitable solar power plant" in 1991, energy and housing have belonged together for me. On these pages the state of the art, on Politik.PEGE.org the political demands resulting from the state of the art.

Even before the Chinese government, Rudolf Schnur discovered me as a speaker and invited me to give several talks at the Landshut Environmental Fair in March 2010.

  Discussion topics 2009 and 2010

Then Rudolf Schnur sent me the press release "Salzburg becomes model region for smart grids and electromobility".

At the time, however, we also had to deal with the disinformation campaigns of the broad alliance against electric mobility. For example, an email from Rudolf Schnur was headlined "Electric drive more harmful to the climate than combustion engine".

Good day,
a basis for detailed comparisons and discussions in the coming year.
Let me remind you of the CSU's resolutions (1 million electric vehicles by 2020) and the efforts of the German government.

At the time, the eternally outdated fossil fuel car industry fought against the electric car together with so-called "environmental organizations".

Back then, I had to write entire series of articles about it: "So-called environmentalists are trying to slow down the electric car". At the time, the German car industry thought "fraud is cheaper than innovation", and the emissions scandal only came to light in 2015.

In 2017, I wrote a series of articles about bad political decisions that resulted in the decline of the German car industry.

  BYD car carrier in Bremerhafen

On June 18, 2009 I wrote:

D-Day in historical comparison

D-Day - Invasion of Normandy on June 6, 1944, the beginning of the end for the yesterday's racists against the rest of the world. D-Day is still to come for the eternally yesterday's fossils.

Exactly what I meant back then happened for the first time last week: the first BYD car carrier came to Bremerhafen.

Price innovation versus "the customer will pay"

In 1900, all car manufacturers thought that cars were a luxury and the few customers would pay whatever it cost. But then came Henry Ford with his price innovation: reducing production costs to make the car affordable for broad sections of the population.

The price differences are no longer as stark as they were back then, but it's basically the same duel: there are the established manufacturers who believe that if someone wants an environmentally friendly electric car, they have to be prepared to pay accordingly. The electric cars from these manufacturers are correspondingly expensive.

New Chinese manufacturers, on the other hand, see gigantic markets in places where today only the richest can afford a used car from Europe. Even if a liter of diesel costs just one euro in developing countries, after 250,000 km that's 15,000 liters at €15,000. If a complete package of electric car, photovoltaics and battery costs only €12,000, then even a cheap used car from Europe will have a very difficult time.

Wow, it's unbearably hot in your car, why didn't you switch on the air conditioning 10 minutes ago using the app? Provocative question from the owner of an electric car to the owner of a used car with a combustion engine.

This is what is meant by: Price innovation versus "the customer will pay for it".

In 1991, I wanted to find a major industrialist for the "GEMINI habitable solar power plant" project who wanted to become the "Henry Ford of the solar house age": price innovation!

The EFH is dead, long live the new EFH for a successful energy transition

This is my presentation at the Landshut Environmental Fair on Saturday, March 9 at 17:00 in Lecture Hall 3. As always, admission to the Environmental Fair is free. Saturday is also the Star Drive for electric cars.

Here is a slide of the presentation:

Huge problems such as the energy transition and climate change and this is supposed to be the answer?

This is not an answer, but a mockery of society. In view of this mockery, it should come as no surprise that single-family homes have become unpopular in politics and that the shortage of new building land means that only the richest 2% of the population can afford them.

This type of detached house is dead. Dead because of the ignorance and arrogance of the manufacturers, who flatly refuse to provide a contemporary response to the needs of society.

Become a shareholder of GEMINI next Generation AG

A club member donates their membership fee to the club and is happy if the club is successful. If not, I have supported a good cause.

A shareholder acquires shares in a public limited company. If the AG is successful, his shares are worth much more. In the case of GEMINI next Generation AG, his reward for supporting a good cause.

As a shareholder, employee or home buyer, you also become part of the counter-movement against many negative, anti-survival developments in our society.

One new shareholder said "I with my very modest investment", but €4,000 times €1,000 is also €4 million for all investments up to the opening of the settlement in Unken as a starting point for global expansion.

Only the Annual General Meeting can decide on major capital increases, but here is what the Management Board and Supervisory Board can decide. The new share capital serves to perfect the documents for the larger planned capital increases.

There is a reward program for recommending the share to others. Two of the new shareholders have become shareholders through this reward program.

Here are the details.
